Fabric Printing and Dyeing

Our fabric printing department is equipped with a flat-screen printing machine, as well as a rotary printing machine. The flat-screen machine can print up to 10 colors, while as the rotary prints up to 4 colors. Both can print continuous fabric up to 72” in width. Our fabric dyeing and finishing department offers a variety of services: dyeing, preparing (washing, bleaching, scouring, desizing) and finishing (softening, napping, water-repellant and fire-retardant finishes). Customers can chose from designs we have in stock, as well as using their own custom designs. All artwork is done in-house by our graphic arts department, and most screens are made in-house as well. Please note that we work on both open width and tubular goods.
