GARMENT DYEING & WASHING

Our garment dyeing and washing department includes a variety of dyeing machines and dryers. We can handle dye lot sizes up to 200kg. We not only dye garments, but we dye hosiery, undergarments and socks, as well as tye-dye and commercial laundry capable of laundering large quantities of garments, rags and other institutional items.

Fabric Printing

Our fabric printing department is equipped with a flat-screen printing machine capable of printing up to 10-color prints. We can print on continuous fabric up to 72” in width, with a minimum of approximately 30 meters (sampling). Customers supply their artwork/color separations and we expose the screens in-house.

Garment Printing

Our garment printing department has a setup of several different printing machines able to print anything from 1-color designs up to 12-color designs. We are also equipped with a belt printing machine for all-over prints on cut pieces as well as t-shirts. We use waterbase pigments, discharge pigments and traditional plastisol inks. We also offer a number of specialty products such as glitter, flock and foil.

FABRIC DYEING & FINISHING (DYEHOUSE)

Our dyehouse offers a variety of services: dyeing, preparing (washing, bleaching, scouring, desizing) and finishing (softening, napping, WR/FR treatments, heat-setting/sponging). We are set up to process both open-width and tubular goods. We specialize in dyeing and finishing polar fleece as well as many other knit fabrics. We work with many domestic knitters and manufacturers and even programs for the government. Overall, we have been dyeing and finishing fabric for 18 years.
